1. Refund Policy Overview

At Tire Price Central, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and our partnership with manufacturers, our refund policy has specific terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

  • Refund Request Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund.
  • After 30 days, all transactions are considered final.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all original tags and accessories.
  • A receipt and pictures of the item must accompany the refund request.
  • Items that have been installed, used, opened, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

 

3. Return Fees & Conditions

  • Return Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all refundable items.
  • There are no exceptions for issues related to fit or performance.
  • Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense using USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

 

4. Manufacturer Returns

  • All manufacturer specifications, warranties, terms, and conditions supersede listings on tirepricecentral.com.
  • Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty-related returns.
  • Tire Price Central is not responsible for the costs associated with shipping items to the manufacturer or their refund processing.

 

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at sales@tirepricecentral.com before returning the item.
  2. Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

 

6. Refund Denials

Refund requests may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The item does not meet the refund eligibility criteria.
  • The return request was made after the 30-day period.
  • The item was returned without prior authorization.

For denied refunds, we will notify you of the conditions and provide guidance on contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.

 

 

7. Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks initiated without returning the item will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, whether the chargeback is approved or not.
  • Retaining an item without payment or proper authorization is illegal.
